I have very specific direction as to how I wanted the vertical columns carved for this clients new fireplace facade. Some before during and after pic.  Had to carve a stick of my clients butter to explain what he did wrong. Note to self, come equipped with sculpting clay next time. 

Turned out beautifully thanks to the butter 😄

Searching for art

The jewels I find searching for art for my clients brought me a rare gem today.
Suzanne Erickson. She's a stunningly beautiful mix of humility, passion, femininity and masculinity and her work has so much strength and emotion and sensuality it's absolutely brilliant.  Well known among celebrities and serious art collectors, Suzanne's work is quite exclusive.  It seems however, the "it" crowd are clamoring for her work in Los Angeles. She is both a visual artist and performing artist and is one of the multi-dimensionally talented people I've met.  I'm super excited I've managed to secure a couple of pieces for my clients and that they will have the rare honor of owning some of Suzanne's incredible work.
